Allison Piette

Allison is a professional dancer and certified Pilates instructor. She received her certification from Plaza Pilates and is committed to helping others find freedom and joy through movement. Allison was born and raised in Northern Vermont where hiking, swimming, skiing, and other outdoor fitness activities were a large part of her life. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2019 where she studied Secondary French Education and Dance. Allison was first introduced to Pilates during college and found that it was a great cross-training practice. After an injury, Pilates played a large role in her recovery process. This experience led Allison to pursue Pilates instruction in order to help others with their recovery, mobility, and fitness journeys. Allison is honored to be a part of the Plaza Pilates family!
